Shipping policy


La'ei Designs uses Australia Post standard or express tracked delivery, with Extra cover and requires a signature on all orders. It's the customers choice which postal option they choose.

Please note, you the customer are responsible to ensure there is adequate time to create and ship your order for your needed date.

La'ei Designs is not responsible for inadequate time frames provided by the customer. Or any shipping delays by the postal carrier, that is out of my control, therefore La'ei Designs does not offer refunds due to delivery issues or delays.

If you have a large order, or there is a high volume of Orders, I will email you if there will be an extended turn over timeframe, or delay in your order being completed and delivered.

For any damages caused in transit once you have received the item you will need to contact the Courier or Auspost directly for advice on how to process a claim. In most cases the item and packaging is to be taken to the local depot for inspection prior to a claim being undertaken and therefore process needs to be completed by the recipient and a claim number provided to La'ei Designs to follow up. 

 

Order Turn-Over:
For custom orders, expect a

  • Minimum 3 business day turn-over for 1x Lei
  • Minimum 4 business day turn-over for Kahoa
  • Minimum 5 business day turn-over for 1x Lei & Sash

Turn - Over is the amount of time for an order to be created. These timeframes do NOT include shipping timeframes

 

Pre - Made Orders:
Pre Made orders, will be processed in 3 Business Days. Unless it is a Set that requires customisation, or Lei/Ula that have Custom Add-Ons Available.

 

Australia Orders:
Custom Orders need at least minimum 2 weeks notice, before the date needed. This Date Needed will vary especially during peak season. Please refer to any updates on listing's and home pages banner.


International Orders:
Custom Orders need at least a minimum 6 weeks notice before the date needed. This Date Needed will vary especially during peak season. Please refer to any updates on listing's and home pages banner.

 

Local Pick Up Order:

Pick up from Park Ridge 4125. During creation days and Friday evenings.

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm

Friday 3pm - 6.30pm

Times will be finalised upon completion email sent, with address pick up details. Any time requested outside these hours, are subject to availability and may incur a Out Of Hours Fee.

Please be respectful and timely with pickups. Lateness / No shows / Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

Shipping Timeframes:

Australia;

Standard: 2 - 6 Business days

Express: 1- 3 Business days

International;

Standard: 15 - 25 Business days

Express: 8 - 18 Business days 

 

Shipping confirmation:
Your shipping tracking number will be sent to you via email. All orders require a signature on receiving item.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
La'ei Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees applied/charged during or after shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs/charges will vary depending on type of items orders and quantity. This is calculated at checkout.
